Shipping & Collection Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Benchmark Performance Nutrition. We are proud to be an Australian-owned business and currently offer shipping and collection options exclusively within Australia.

 

1. Click & Collect (Free)

Skip the shipping wait and pick up your order directly from our location.

- Collection Point: 13/14 Superior Ave, Edgeworth, 2285, NSW

 

- Ready Time: Most orders are ready for collection within 2-3 business hours.

 

- Notification: You will receive a "Ready for Collection" email once your order is packed. Please do not arrive until you have received this email.

 

- What to Bring: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

 

- Collection Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We aim to dispatch all shipped orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

 

- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (Flat Rate) 3–7 business days.

 

- Express Shipping: $14.95 - 1–3 business days.

 

- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150

 

Note: Deliveries to WA, NT, and regional areas may take longer.

 

3. Carriers & Tracking

We use Australia Post and premium couriers to ensure your supplements arrive safely.

- Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

4. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We ship to all Australian PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Click & Collect is not available for these locations.

 

5. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, deliveries may require a signature. If you authorize "Authority to Leave":

- The courier will leave the package in a safe place.

- Benchmark Performance Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery.

 

6. Product Integrity (Heat Sensitivity)

Supplements can be sensitive to extreme heat.

- We recommend using Click & Collect during heatwaves if you are local, or choosing an address where someone is available to receive the delivery (e.g., a workplace) to avoid packages sitting in hot letterboxes.

 

7. Incorrect Address & Re-delivery

- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee will apply.

- Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

 

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your items arrive damaged or your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours at innovolveptyltd@gmail.com
