Mix 1 scoop' (13.2g) with 640 ml of water or mix 2 scoops' (26.4g) with 1280 ml of water. Take 30 minutes prior to activity. Note: To test tolerance, start with 1 scoop. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day 1 (serve).
